A professional organizer and entrepreneur for more than 15 years Alix Longfellow, President and founder, has a passion for organizing and a desire to show others how to improve their lives and companies using organizing strategies. With the philosophy that being organized helps bring clarity and freedom she works tirelessly to create solutions so her clients can have more productive, fruitful lives.

Making My Work An Adventure

Making work fun! Some unique work/travel experiences | ClickI believe wholeheartedly in creating a satisfying life no matter what job you have, business you own, or current circumstances you are in and this is exactly what I want to help clients achieve. A Gettysburg College graduate I worked in New York for Estee Lauder Inc. in the Creative-Art Department before founding a consulting company. I brings unique skills assisting my clients create organized, streamlined environments.  And, as an Apple Computer user from my work coordinating photo shoots and assisting the graphic designers create content, my goal is for customized, elegant solutions for all my clients.

A member of the National Association of Professional Organizers you can be sure with Lionheart you are getting qualified, tested experience — a professional ready to work for you. Attending conferences, educational programs and as an inaugural member of NAPO: Special Interest Group for both Small Business Organizing and Technology Organizing, these groups of veteran organizers who meet and collaborate, help me stay current in the latest organizing techniques and strategies so that I can better serve my clients.  As associate member liaison for the Greater Philadelphia NAPO Chapter I also keep in touch with regional organizing product and service companies that partner with NAPO members.

I love sharing knowledge and expertise with others and as a business owner I have been featured in the New York Times Atlantic City Press, Exit Zero and other media.  My goal is to share organizing tips, techniques, strategies, and entrepreneurial guidance all designed to help those looking for assistance.
